A Service-Disabled Veteran And Family Owned And Operated Small Business

Nordstrom Contracting & Consulting Corp. (NCC) is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, family-owned and operated construction company established in 2004. For more than 20 years, NCC has provided general construction, renovation, and design-build services for federal agencies, public institutions, and private clients throughout the region.

NCC combines the capabilities of an experienced general contractor with the hands-on approach of a family-run company. Our team has experience across virtually every aspect of construction, from complex federal and institutional renovations to commercial facilities, high-rise construction, and custom residential projects. This diverse background gives NCC the ability to understand projects from both the field and management perspectives and to develop practical solutions to challenging construction conditions.

Today, NCC manages multi-million-dollar projects involving complex phasing, occupied facilities, historic structures, specialty roofing, building systems, interior renovations, site work, and other technically demanding scopes. Our in-house capabilities and experienced project management team allow us to maintain close control over scheduling, quality, cost, safety, and coordination throughout construction.

Since our founding, NCC has grown primarily through reputation, repeat business, and referrals. We remain committed to the principles on which the company was built: quality workmanship, accountability, practical problem-solving, and delivering exceptional value to our clients.

Our goal is simple—to provide our clients with a dependable, turnkey construction partner capable of taking challenging projects from planning through successful completion.
