Nordstrom Contracting & Consulting, Corp (NCC) is a Service-Disabled Veteran and family-owned and operated small business, incorporated in 2004. For the past decade, Nordstrom has provided a wide variety of design, construction, and renovation work for federal agencies and private entities. Its in-house capabilities include electrical, mechanical, and plumbing installations, interior fit-outs, and finish trades. NCC's completed projects range from renovating a private Five-Star restaurant in NYC to replacing an HVAC system for a wing of a VA Hospital.

In addition, the background of NCC's management provides the groundwork for a genuinely unique and competent company. Its management has been involved and in charge of practically every aspect of construction, from $500- million-dollar high-rise buildings, and millions of square feet of mixed-use commercial space, to custom-designed homes. All of which has been completed on time and within the original budget. NCC has not spent a penny on advertising, all of its relationships and clients are gained through word of mouth and our ever-growing portfolio.

Oscar Nordstrom

President

After more than 40 years devoted to the field of construction (26 years with the Cappelli Enterprises (CEI) and the George A. Fuller Company, Inc.), Oscar R. Nordstrom opened the Nordstrom Contracting & Consulting Corporation (NCC) in 2004. Before starting NCC with other family members and associates, Mr. Nordstrom was directly involved in the planning and constructing numerous, extensive and varied building projects, from high-rise office buildings in New York to a resort hotel in the Catskills to the City Center in White Plains, NY. Mr. Nordstrom has worked in both the public and private sectors. His contracting experience covers the full range of the contracting industry from Construction Management, to Lump Sum Competitive Bidding, to Private Development. As a Senior Vice President in charge of construction and purchase with CEI, Mr. Nordstrom's wide range of experience ensured the successful completion of all the projects which were undertaken.

Oscar Nordstrom, Jr

Sr. Project Manager, Vice President

Oscar is responsible for supervising all project managers, coordinating team meetings, preparing safety and quality control plans, and interfacing with each member of the project teams. As a seasoned Project Manager, he has successfully completed various challenging construction projects. His responsibilities as Sr. Project Manager include overseeing timely construction schedules, tight cost control, change order and subcontractor management, manpower scheduling, estimating, and purchasing. Oscar has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry.

Michael Nordstrom

Sr. Project Manager, Vice President

A graduate of Fordham University with years of hands-on experience in the construction industry ranging from carpenter and electrical apprentice to project manager. From custom-built homes to high-rise apartment buildings, Michael's expertise and extensive knowledge give him the perfect tools to help ensure every job is completed with the utmost attention to detail. Michael's primary duties include project management, estimating, budgeting, scheduling, cost control, and quality control.
