The principals of Nordstrom Contracting & Consulting Corp. (NCC) bring more than 100 years of combined construction experience to the company. Our team has been directly involved in the planning, management, and construction of a diverse range of projects—from high-rise buildings and large-scale commercial developments to federal facilities, institutional renovations, and custom residential construction.
With extensive experience in both the public and private sectors, NCC brings a broad understanding of virtually every aspect of the construction process. Our experience includes general contracting, construction management, owner’s representation, design-build, competitive public works contracting, private development, and the management of complex, multi-discipline construction projects.
This depth of experience allows NCC to approach each project with an understanding that extends beyond individual trades or scopes of work. From preconstruction and estimating through scheduling, coordination, field operations, cost control, and project closeout, our team understands what it takes to successfully manage a project from concept through completion.
